Bouchard & Herbedden Nodes
Bouchard and herbedden nodes. B comes before H in alphabet. Bouchard nodes at proximal interphalengeal joints, herbedden at distal interphalengeal joints.

that didnt turn out right, i do it as the mirror image of a b is a p therefore heberden is proximal!
You can also remember that the Outer Hebrides are peripheral - Heberden's at the DIP!
